Shipping Information

We will choose the most cost effective and fastest shipping method to deliver your product. The majority of our orders are sent with Australia Post, but we do like to use Sendle/Aramex and other couriers. Please provide a business address if you will not be at home during the day as unattended parcels can cause security issues. If you were not at home when your parcel is delivered a card will be left and you will be required to pick it up from the post office or courier depot.

We endeavour to ship your parcel within one to two business days from the purchase date as long as all the items ordered are in stock. If not, we will notify you via email if there will be a delay.

If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $99 or more and delivery is within Australia, your order ships FREE!
